Mark Ward — Company Director & Co-Owner

Mark works closely with clients and architects from the initial design phase through to final handover. With more than 30 years of experience building some of Dunedin’s finest homes, he brings rigid planning discipline and a clear expectation that every detail is executed to the highest standard.

Paul McBeath — Company Director & Co-Owner

Paul brings more than 40 years of building experience and a highly practical, hands-on approach to site management. He is the anchor on site—coordinating our crew and subcontractors, solving complex structural challenges, and ensuring the build moves forward without compromising quality.
