Our house transformation can easily be seen in the before and after pictures but what can’t be seen is just how much this team cares about their clients. They installed a temporary door in our hallway to minimise dust, suggested valid plan alterations, helped with gas deliveries and even looked after our puppy. We lived on site throughout the whole 8 month process and the whole team was very accommodating and respectful. In 2004 we contracted Mark Ward and his company, Gray Brothers Builders to carry out a major renovation of the kitchen and living area of our home.

Mark communicated with us regularly about progress and decisions we needed to make. This meant that any over-runs in time and variations in price were advised early. The variations in time and cost were mainly down to the age of the house and decisions made once building begun.

Mark worked very well with the architect, and consulted him whenever there was a query about any part of the plan. Mark also co- coordinated the subcontractors effectively.

Gray Brothers Builders worked to a high standard and our renovations are still looking superb after more than 5 years. The builders were pleasant and thoughtful to have in a home environment
