In 2004 we contracted Mark Ward and his company, Gray Brothers Builders to carry out a major renovation of the kitchen and living area of our home. Mark communicated with us regularly about progress and decisions we needed to make. This meant that any over-runs in time and variations in price were advised early. The variations in time and cost were mainly down to the age of the house and decisions made once building begun. Mark worked very well with the architect, and consulted him whenever there was a query about any part of the plan. Mark also co- coordinated the subcontractors effectively. Gray Brothers Builders worked to a high standard and our renovations are still looking superb after more than 5 years. The builders were pleasant and thoughtful to have in a home environment

We basically rebuilt our entire house - added an extension, revamped the interior and chose Gray Brothers after hearing great things. They absolutely lived up to their name - total legends!
