Hi, we are Paul McBeath and Mark Ward. We have been the Co-Owners and Directors of Gray Brothers Builders of Dunedin since 2013 when we realised that by working together, we could continue the legacy of the Dunedin architecture community.
We shared a passion for building Dunedin’s finest homes and for bringing young Dunedin builders into the trade. We wanted to pass on the traditional skills and strong work ethic that has made Dunedin the centre of excellence for fine designer homes.
We have over 80 years of combined industry experience, so you can rest assured that your home is safe in our hands.

Mark communicated with us regularly about progress and decisions we needed to make. This meant that any over-runs in time and variations in price were advised early. The variations in time and cost were mainly down to the age of the house and decisions made once building begun.
Mark worked very well with the architect, and consulted him whenever there was a query about any part of the plan. Mark also co- coordinated the subcontractors effectively.
